I'm a sophomore at UC Berkeley majoring in Economics, Data Science, and Business Administration. During my Summer 2024 internship at a derivatives trading firm in Singapore, I developed a deep interest in investing and all things finance. I started to appreciate ratios and metrics that were previously Greek and Latin to me.
Reading annual letters by brilliant investors like Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger has greatly added to my experiences, enriching my understanding and shaping my investment philosophy. I have come to realize that investing is not just about making money but also about living better, achieving peace of mind, and fostering a disciplined and healthier lifestyle.
This blog is an outgrowth of a summer of great learning, inspired by the wisdom of Munger and Buffett, which I'm certain will bear fruits for years to come. Here, I aim to share insights, analyses, and strategies that reflect the timeless principles of these legendary investors, making complex financial concepts accessible and actionable for everyone.
